This is show number two this Saturday and really it's a no brainer as to which one you should go to. This is real, non-scene metal for half the ticket price and four bands instead of three. The Black Dahlia Murder, Obscura, Augury, and Hatesphere will be tearing up The Roxy and I'm guessing this will sell out so don't wait until the day of the show to get your ticket. You should already know what BDM sounds like so I'll only describe the other three bands.
The Short End of the Stick:
Hatesphere - A Danish version of The Haunted. Thrash metal done death metal style. The Scandinavian sound is their and this band wouldn't be out of place touring with Arch Enemy or Soilwork.

Augury - I'll admit I had no idea who these guys are but after checking them out they will add some variety to this show. The band is made up of two core members who play a blend of progressive death metal and will compliment Obscura nicely.

Obscura - Cynic obviously had a huge impact on these guys. That's not necessarily a bad thing either as Obscura isn't a straight up Cynic tribute band. They bring their own flavor to the game and are one of those bands where you would get off as much just watching them play as you would going nuts in the pit.

Bottom line is every band is worth your dollar and time so check out this show.
